All jewellery, metalware, and spatial pieces presented by SAAJ BY CHITRAM™ are guaranteed authentic and crafted to strict quality benchmarks. Natural materials such as polki, freshwater pearls, and hand-cast brass exhibit subtle natural variances that authenticate their artisanal origin.
2. Pricing, Currencies & Invoices
All prices displayed on the storefront are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly noted. We reserve the right to correct inadvertent typographical errors in listed prices prior to order confirmation.
An authoritative tax invoice is generated for every commission and provided both electronically and physically with your shipment.
3. Intellectual Property
The brand name SAAJ BY CHITRAM™, registered trademarks, proprietary jewellery motifs, product photography, and editorial narratives remain the exclusive intellectual property of Chitram Saaj. Unauthorized commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to acquisitions through this website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
